YCHive is a listing and discovery platform for character art commissions. We are not a party to the agreement between an artist and a buyer.

What we do

We host listings, run the auction clock, and show each artist’s delivery record. We take no commission on any sale.

What we do not do

We do not process payments between buyers and artists, hold funds in escrow, or guarantee delivery. Payment is arranged directly between the two parties using the artist’s own payment link.

Bidding

A bid is a commitment to pay. Winning bidders must pay within the window the artist sets, normally 48 hours. Unpaid wins release the slot to the next bidder and add a strike to the account. Three strikes remove bidding access.

Listings

Every listing is reviewed before publication. We remove anything explicit, AI-generated, traced, or using artwork the lister does not own.

Boosts

Boosts are paid placements. They change where a listing appears, never how many bids it receives, and we make no promise of sales.

Ending an account

We can remove listings or accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time by contacting support.
