When you bid: your name, email address and bid amount. When you register as an artist: your name, email, and anything you add to your profile. When you submit a listing: the artwork and listing details you provide.

Why we collect it

Bidder details are shared with the artist whose auction you bid on, so they can contact you about payment and delivery. That is the entire purpose of collecting them.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Cookies

WordPress sets a session cookie when you sign in. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time and we will action it. Bids already placed on a closed auction may be retained as a transaction record.
