Where to find YCH bases and brushes
A base is a pose someone has already drawn with the character left blank. Colour it, put your own character in it, and list it as an auction. These are the places worth looking, and what each is good for.
We host nothing we do not have permission for, so this is simply a list of places worth looking. Whatever you use, read the artist's terms before you sell the finished piece.

Check the licence every time
"Free to download" and "free to sell the result" are different things. If the terms do not say you may sell a piece made with it, assume you may not, and ask the artist.
