Offer work you have the right to sell
Upload your own work or work you have explicit permission to offer. Disclose the use of licensed bases, stock, templates or collaborative work where relevant, and give required credit. Do not misrepresent another artist’s work as your own, offer stolen characters, or present generated work as human-created artwork. Ychive is for human creativity.
Keep the marketplace safe
Do not post sexually explicit material, sexual content involving minors, unlawful content, targeted hate, credible threats, graphic abuse, or private information without consent. Do not solicit illegal services, distribute malware, or use listing and delivery links to phish for credentials. The current marketplace does not offer an adult-content classification system.
Be honest about an offer
Use representative previews and accurate pricing, deadlines and usage terms. Do not invent reviews, identities, purchases or bid activity. Do not bid on your own listings, coordinate artificial bids, evade suspension, manipulate rankings, or promise guaranteed commercial results. Paid placement remains visibly labeled and never overrides a buyer’s filters.
Collaborate with respect
Keep requests within the agreed scope. Ask before changing the price, rights or delivery schedule. Do not harass, pressure or threaten buyers or artists. Keep payment arrangements and progress recorded in the private order. A report is not proof of wrongdoing and does not automatically reverse a payment.
Report and appeal
Use Report a problem on a listing or order, or email vtuberwiki@gmail.com with the reference and a factual explanation. For copyright concerns, identify the original work, the allegedly infringing listing and how we can contact you. Staff can investigate, return a submission to draft, restrict or remove content, and review an appeal. For payment disputes, also follow the relevant payment provider’s process.
