Who to contact
Ychive is responsible for the account and marketplace information processed through this application. Contact vtuberwiki@gmail.com with a privacy request or concern. Identify the account or transaction involved, but do not email passwords, sign-in links, API keys, or full payment card details.
Information we process
We process your email address and authentication records; public artist name, handle and biography; uploaded artwork and listing terms; bids, saved items and searches; private order conversations, delivery links, payment-status statements and reports; and platform subscription, checkout and entitlement identifiers. Hosting and authentication services also process technical request, security and access logs. Ychive does not receive full card numbers from Lemon Squeezy or process the payment credentials used to pay an artist directly.
Why information is used
Account, listing, bid, order and billing data is used to provide the service and carry out the steps you request. Security logs, moderation reports and audit events help prevent fraud, investigate incidents and protect the community. Transaction records may be kept to meet legal obligations. We rely on the applicable contractual, legitimate-interest, legal-obligation or consent basis for the relevant activity. We do not use your private order conversations for advertising or sell them to advertisers.
Public and private information
Published listings, artwork previews and artist profiles are public. Drafts stay private to their owner and authorized staff until approval. Order conversations are available to the parties and authorized staff under the service access rules. Individual bidder records are not presented as public bidder profiles. A report may include information needed for staff to investigate it.
Service providers and international processing
Supabase provides authentication, database and private artwork storage; the current application database is in its Ireland region. Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request logs. Lemon Squeezy processes optional Pro and boost checkout, payment and invoice information under its own privacy notice. The email provider used for sign-in processes delivery information when configured. Providers may process information in other countries according to their contractual safeguards. Artwork payments made directly to an artist are handled by the payment provider the parties choose.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary authentication cookies maintain your signed-in session. Browser storage can retain saved searches, preview bookmarks, draft boost preferences and demo interactions. Some preferences are device-specific and are not a paid entitlement. Clear browser storage to remove local preferences; doing so does not cancel a subscription or delete server records. The application does not currently include advertising trackers or a marketing analytics SDK.
Retention, access, and deletion
We keep account and marketplace records while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet applicable transaction or legal requirements. Backup copies can remain for the applicable backup retention period before rotation. You can ask for access, correction, export or deletion, and where applicable restriction or objection, by contacting support. We may need to verify account ownership and explain any lawful retention exception. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority. This marketplace is not intended for users under 18; report an underage account so we can investigate.
