Artwork paid directly to an artist
Agree the artwork price, payment method, cancellation terms and licensing scope with the artist before payment. If there is a problem, contact the artist in the private order and keep receipts and messages. Ychive does not hold these funds and cannot refund them. You can report a concern to Ychive and pursue the dispute process offered by your payment provider.
Cancel Artist Pro
Use Manage subscription and invoices in Growth Studio to open your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period shown by the provider, unless a refund, expiry or another payment status ends it earlier. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a completed payment.
Request a platform-service refund
For a duplicate charge, an incorrectly charged renewal, or a boost or Pro benefit that was not supplied, email vtuberwiki@gmail.com with your Ychive handle, invoice or order reference, and a description of the issue. Requests are reviewed against the service actually supplied, the payment provider’s rules and applicable consumer rights. Do not send full card details. No rule here limits a mandatory refund or withdrawal right.
Time-limited boosts
A boost is a time-limited promotional placement for one eligible listing. It starts after the payment is confirmed and the entitlement is activated. Pausing hides it but does not pause the clock. Paying for visibility does not guarantee a sale or a particular number of views. If you believe a technical fault prevented delivery, report the relevant listing and approximate time so the records can be checked.
Receipts and disputes
Lemon Squeezy handles receipts, tax calculation and processing for platform-service payments. Use the customer portal or your receipt to find the transaction reference. Contact support promptly about mistakes. Any statutory rights applicable to your purchase continue to apply even if they are not specifically listed on this page.
