Who operates this service
Ychive operates from Algeria and provides a marketplace for discovering artist listings and coordinating creative work. Contact Ychive at vtuberwiki@gmail.com for service, privacy, or payment concerns. These terms apply to this application; individual artwork listings also have their own delivery and licensing terms.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to create listings, bid, claim artwork, or buy paid services. Use accurate information, protect your sign-in links, and do not share access or impersonate another person. Contact support if you believe your account has been misused.
Artwork, bids, and claims
Artists must own or have permission to offer the artwork, templates, characters, and other materials in a listing. State the deliverables, price, delivery estimate, revisions, usage rights, and any payment deadline accurately. Review those terms before confirming a bid or claim. A winning bid or completed claim creates an order between the buyer and artist. Artists cannot bid on their own work; artificial bidding and manipulation are prohibited. A valid bid in the final ten minutes extends an auction to ten minutes after that bid.
Payment for artwork
Buyers and artists arrange artwork payment directly, for example through an agreed PayPal invoice. Ychive does not collect, hold, or escrow artwork funds. Use the private order conversation to record references, payment arrangements, delivery links, and revisions. Do not mark payment received or work delivered unless it has actually happened. External payment providers apply their own rules; Ychive cannot promise that an external payment will be reversed.
Artist Pro and promoted listings
Optional Artist Pro is $9 per month before any applicable checkout tax and renews until canceled through the customer portal. It adds priority in Recommended results and rotation in the Pro artist spotlight. One-time boosts currently cost $1 for one hour, $3 for 24 hours, or $7 for 72 hours for one eligible approved listing. The checkout shows the total before payment. Placements remain labeled and must match buyer filters; explicit price, newest, bid-count, and ending-time sorts keep their stated ordering. No service guarantees views, a fixed top position, bids, or sales. Pausing a boost hides the placement while its purchased time continues to run. These benefits do not include the extra services offered by any separate or older Ychive product.
Creative rights and moderation
Artists retain their intellectual property except for the license or transfer expressly agreed in the listing. Posting gives Ychive permission to store and display your listing and preview on the service. Buyers receive only the rights stated in the order. We may return drafts, remove listings, restrict access, or suspend accounts for violations, fraud, safety concerns, or legal requirements. You can request a review through support and provide the listing or order reference.
Problems, cancellation, and your legal rights
Read the refund and cancellation policy for platform services. Report artwork disputes promptly and keep relevant messages and payment records. This service is provided subject to reasonable maintenance and availability limitations; no provision removes rights, remedies, or liability protections that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Material changes to paid benefits should be explained before they apply to a future purchase or renewal.
